Pest Control Plans
The following pest control plans are designed to provide you with peace of mind. Our plans can address your specific requirements based on types of infestations and issues starting with the most basic plan that’s affordable and reliable.
"Absolute" Program
Treatment Frequency: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually
Pests: Bed bugs, termites, rodents, cockroaches, spiders, crickets beetles, wasps, silverfish, fleas, carpenter ants and more.
Services: We treat for the listed pests and continue to provide follow up treatments until the problem is handled. Additional services include:
- Bed Bug Inspection (Quarterly)
- Termite Inspection (Annually)
- Rodent Exclusion (on holes less than 5" in diameter)
- Web and Wasp Nest Removal
- Attic Inspection (Annually)
- Continued Pest Monitoring
"Leonidas" Program
Treatment Frequency: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually
Pests: Termites, rodents, cockroaches, spiders, crickets, beetles, wasps, silverfish, fleas, carpenter ants, and more.
Services: We treat for the listed pests and continue to provide follow up treatments until the problem is handled. Additional services include:
- Termite Inspection (Annually)
- Rodent Exclusion (on holes less than 5" in diameter)
- Web and Wasp Nest Removal
- Attic Inspection (Annually)
- Continued Pest Monitoring
"Universal" Program
Treatment Frequency: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually
Pests: Rodents, cockroaches, spiders, crickets, beetles, wasps, silverfish, fleas, carpenter ants, and more.
Services: We treat for the listed pests and continue to provide follow up treatments until the problem is handled. Additional services include:
- Rodent Exclusion (on holes less than 5" in diameter
- Web and Wasp nest Removal
- Attic Inspection (Annually)
- Continues Pest Monitoring
"Spring" Program
Treatment Frequency: monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually
Pests: Cockroaches, spiders, crickets, beetles, wasps, silverfish, fleas, plus carpenter ants and more.
Services: We treat for the listed pests and continue to provide follow up treatments until the problem is handled. Additional services include:
- Web and Wasp Nest Removal
- Attic Inspection (Annually)
- Continued Pest Monitoring
Additional Services
Yard treatments: we treat up to 10’ outside your foundation to create a barrier for mosquitoes, chiggers, fleas and ticks. We offer Spring and Fall treatments.
General maintenance: we offer exclusion programs for rodent holes greater than 5”, sanitation assistance, and debris removal for termite and pest control.
Wildlife Add-On
Alongside all other specific treatments, APC can also treat many different wild critters such as but not limited to: skunks, opossums, raccoons, bats, etc.

Mosquito Add-On
We also treat pesky mosquitoes! We use a fog that we spray predominantly on the North side of the house (which is where mosquitoes like to hide) that will drop those little buggers like flies.
Our product works 90 days so we can do Bi-monthly or quarterly treatments.
Billing: Services are paid on the initial scheduled treatment and auto-pay for reoccurring services thereafter. All billing is done on the 15th of each month for monthly, quarterly and bi-annually. If the 15th falls on a weekend the client will be billed the following Monday.
